Bystander, if you'd read the posts below by Joseph & WC you'd notice that the coordinators of the two boards would like to stop the mentioning of names & if anything of this nature is to be discussed re: guidelines to online privacy, victim's rights, proper procedure, etc. then it should be done from a fresh perspective without personal elements & constant referring back to the incident in question.
Frankly, you seem to have crossed over a few lines already, so it might do you well to stop posting for long enough to read what others are saying. Your comments may or may not be true but they are only speculation.
I value Rocky's input too & think we could do with some professional guidelines, but you're going to have to keep your emotions out of this. Sorry to speak so pointedly but you really don't seem to be getting it.
