Rocky I may have misunderstood your post but seeing as how you posted it in reference to the arugment between Sam & Joseph, I understood that it applied to disclosing information -- what Sam disclosed on the board & what Joseph shared with Sam. I'm asking your opinion as you're a professional. What does the law say? I won't say anything more about the situation & if I was wrong I was wrong but can we at least have a few guidelines.
Maybe Joseph just made a mistake in sharing the info with Sam & anyone else & he just didn't know, & probably I'd have made the same mistake being ignorant of the laws. You talked about reporting 'only' to the child protection agencies, only to them. Is that a law or just good advice?
I'll leave this subject alone now, I just wanted your advice.
