that got swallowed up into the F. once it got successful? I can think of several ideas, brainchilds of members, which started out as "personal individual" initiatives compatible with F. ideology. MWM, puppet shows, slide show ministry, Activated, motivational seminars, etc. They got press, attention, testimonies of success, and voila! Berg would interfere in some way and start steering the projects. It's always ammater of time.
If RF is in the F. you can bet M&P think they have a right to tell RF how to do things. I am very skeptical that something done on this level hasn't been receiving any counsel from on top. RF was on a major F. intiative, heading the IMV. And all of a sudden a video he produces is a private initiative with no counsel or influence?
It's the nature of the beast. Just like the story of the scorpion hitching a ride across the river on the back of a frog, when it stung the frog causing them both to drown. It's just in Maria's nature. She can't help it. James Penn talked about how he warned her not to publish certain things, but she couldn't stop herself. So what she published was eventually used against her and the F.
You and I know the F. NEVER stops at merely selling videos. It's the testimony, the follow up, the client database, the build up of trust and goodwill they want, so that they can zoom in on "Kings" and potential converts and disciples. What is not to say that parents buying these videos are not followed up on and brought to seminars and meetings, and introduced to other F. members? What is to say they don't start giving couples with marriage problems advice to worsen their condition? What is to say they don't damage more lives they come in contact with if they are allowed to boil the frog slowly as they did with most of us?
It's the nature of the beast.
