I think I read about them before. Good for them. I hope and pray more places like that open up. I agree too that if there were more places like that then more people might take the plunge to step out from under that control. I can remember when I was back in the states and really getting more and more fed up, I would look at apartments that were advertising their prices and wondering if my welfare check would cover it. Sometimes you just need that step.
