there is one transitional home opened in massachusetts, run by some wonderfully wise and loving people. it took years to launch, but going now. serves folks coming out of high-control abusive groups.listed on the resource section of this board. no ex-fam. people there at the moment, but the ministry has been a huge help to many exfam in this area, and even elsewhere. highly competent, and totally dedicated. what part of the country are you in, mv? blessings, ray. p.s. the idea of networking folks who would like to help "refugees" is a good one, imo. if anyone gets around to organizing that it might encourage some who remain in simply for lack of options to make the step. may God help them. and i believe He will.
