the food is great and most of them have actually done a good thing even without learning English. There are many reasons why some people have not learned English and not just lazyness but that is for another time. I always tried to learn the language of the country I was in, and most of the time successfully. One of the perks of serving God, I guess.
Reparations to blacks? well, where is the money going to come from and who will be getting how much? Not until those are addressed, discussed and made clear could this question be ready to answered. Meanwhile it's only politics. Bussing has only worked in communities that were already getting closer but has been a fiasco in those where they wanted to be separate. Some individual positive results have been reported but mostly too dispersed to reflect the population at large.
