Actually I like Miami and I like Cubans. I especially like Cuban food! Yum. I speak spanish. So that's really not the problem. The problem is immigrants that are too lazy to take advantage of the FREE education in this country to take the time to learn the language. If I moved to another country I would definitely learn the language, wouldn't you?
