I agree with your reasoning about an organization (or an individual) denying selfincrimination but, as you say, once they claim copyright...
So, did this person (your contact) also denied publishing the FF letter? Pretty silly if you ask me. That is why I find difficult to believe that the letter was legitimate. The people I used to know in the Family were smart, at least a little more street-smart. It seems that the new cooks have lost the original recipes to make cool-aid. Ha! Ha! Ha!
