Nice! Call their bluff. If they send over a list of the documentation you requested make sure and post it.
If, in fact, it was the group that sent that and not some freelance looser, I'm sure they will get back to you. I'm sure they are consulting with their "think tank" over at Scientology HQ.
It's unfortunate for you all, but if in fact they do come after you for real you won't have the oppurtunity to play this little game. They will simply throw so much legal crap at who ever you are using as a server and you will get booted. Paying their company lawyer to verify your claim of "not being actually copywritten to anyone" will be a bit more expensive than the meager fee you are paying monthly to have this hosted.
