that you are talking about is a high rent district, my own daughters couldn't afford it either so they opted to remain in the valley for a couple more years. One of the daughters may go there next year as some of her friends have gotten an apartment and she could move in with them. That's the best way. Some things just take time, lots of planning and waiting for the planets to line up.
