(See, Joseph, this is not about NDN) I can't completely agree with you, because not too long ago there was such a thing as justifiable homicide, it was actually called a crime of passion wherein if a husband or spouse found his or her mate in an affair and was so insensed over it that he or she killed their spouse, they would be let go, set free, let off. Can you imagine? That was only about 30 or so years ago. Even domestic disputes was a hands off policy. Police just didn't get involved. It has taken some waking up to the seriousness of it and that we have to get involved when so many people turn up dead. It's a known fact that the person most likely to murder you is someone you know and someone very close to you.
