I believe I can understand exactly what you are saying here. I know how you feel and I remember being there myself for a long time.
Believe me, trust yourself and be strong. You have given your will and strength and power to someone else for so long you need to learn to be on your own two feet again. There are lots of great things in the world for us to experience. We live in such an exciting time! They lied.
We are all still here and the world was not destroyed when they said. America was not destroyed. The harbour in New York was not bombed on July 4th 1976. I flew out a day or so before convinced that it would be. I believed them. I gave them my will and my choices because I did not trust myself.
I am still here.
Nothing is ever destroyed, it only changes form.
Fear is the robber.
I honestly understand.
