But see, according to the "Conviction vs. Compromise" series, the CMers aren't supposed to be even clowning... they are supposed to be "living by faith". Clowning, ballooning, face painting, teaching, car sales, etc. are not "living by faith"... so even those folks doing that type of fundraising are compromising according to the "word". You see, the top leaders just can't get it through their skulls that the "Activated" magazine just doesn't quench the hungry souls' hearts. Activated is just another Christian magazine in a world of a glutted society. There is just too much other material out here, but the Family has to do things "their way"... and it's flopping.
Yes, Zerby should just be honest and make her magazines straight Family doctrine... loving Jesus, sharing, law of love, etc. and then they can get their new disciples from those who really like that doctrine, THE PERVERTS OF SOCIETY! They could start a new "CTP"... not "consider the poor", but consider the pervert or consider the paedaphile! Yes, Zerby and her crew should just come out of their closet and tell the world what they already know. Zerby wants her hirelings to stand up and be persecuted for the word... well, she should just come out and show herself the witch she is... the wicked witch of the west! Her message will really encourage all of those ones who are lusting for that type of message. Go for it... go for the gold! Ha!
