By saying that I am a believer I meant that I am a Christian. By saying that I have the right perspective I did not mean that I can be fully objective (as nobody can), but I wanted to asure my previous responder that I understand the harm that was done to him by the sect. That's it. I did not want to say that I know everything.
As for the last question about the structure I have been trying to have a clear view on it, because just like you said the names are many and the information is often contradictory. The conclusion for me is that the structure is not stable and that's why I should not focus on it extensively.
Deborah Devis book will serve me as the material for the case study and I have been reading it for the second time.
I did not think that I need to demonstrate my knowledge to get the answers from you. I prepared the questions with the person who is a sociologist with vast experience in organziational behavior and I think I did not take them out of the blue.
