That kind of statement is not alright. We shouldn't have let that stand. But for that matter, we did not delete anyone's posts and we let them all stand.
Why then did I react only to this post?
On checking the whole thread, I didn't have the time to make a point of commenting under every single post that strayed off the mark. Why I objected directly under this particular post was because we had already tried to let this whole adverse exchange work itself out. Enough "damage" and out-of-place remarks had been made, and it seemed to have settled down for quite some time now. Then some third party came long to start the them/us stupidity again.
At this point, when it's gone this far, Greetings and Mr. Don should be the ones working it out for themselves. If anyone wants to add something useful and informative to the discussion, they are of course welcome to, but nobody else needs to rekindle the them/us fires without actually discussing anything of substance.
