But I'm pretty sure he will not. But I am hoping he will because I can't think of what might push people to the polls more than fear of apathy causing a person that makes G.W. Bush look like a Rhodes Scholar by comparison, step into the office of the Presidency.
Not to mention that Perry recently stated a political position after studying polls that he thought would win him brownie points: He advocated for banning abortions even in the case of rape and incest.
