Church or Christian music is the slew of youtube links you have posted.
Church music is music that has been written to express either personal or a communal belief regarding Christian life and faith. Its narrowed themes include praise, worship, penitence, and lament. You'd be hard pressed to find a church where they get together to sing innocent songs like "When I Saw Her Standing There" by the Beattles, or "All Night Long" by Lionel Ritchie, because its theme about staying up all night and partying is not church approved and not religious enough.
Among other things, church music is not:
John Williams
Thelonius Monk
Henry Mancini
Tower of Power
Yngvie Malmsteen
AC/DC
Led Zeppelin
Lady Gaga
Tori Amos
ETC.
However, please forgive me for slamming your taste in music. No familyism was intended. We just have very different tastes.
Nancy Pelosi went on the deep end with "quit your job." No wonder you criticize her. Sounds whimsical! Even in Europe where there are welfare states and a lot of support for the arts, they are very careful use a Catch-22 method to sponsor only those who are established or at least made clear career choices and are good enough to be accepted into fine arts academies. Nobody can just decide on a whim about being a musician or artist without a documented history of being one, and some proven career or commercial viability.
