A nonsensical sentence is a nonsensical sentence. As long as there weren't any words clipped off the endings to create new sentences, that IS all the context you need. Mess ups and slip ups when people speak on autopilot are funny, whether they come from someone you admire or someone despise. It's actually okay to laugh at and with someone. We all make mistakes. Or maybe you don't think Dubbya is human?
