My father, mother, and the only "family"I knew are all originally from that TFI area and I remember this very deeply rural town in french speaking quebec where there were several TFI homes where I mingled with the other cult children. However-- I was only "born" there, I didn't join, and I'm much younger than you, I was there for their rebranding into activated ministries and the aroura publishing group, and can provide insight into how those homes still function in the modern day (surprise, surprise, it's financial abuse)
