No I never got therapy, why would I? I think my post makes it clear that I don't feel especially traumatised by my time in the family, in fact I rarely think about it. I believe most of the other ex family people I've stayed in touch with feel the same.

As I've already stated I don't want to denigrate anyone else's story, just tell my own. I know very well many people had a terrible time in the family and their leadership has a lot to answer for.
