Charlie, I must say that after coming to the realization that the majority of the leadership o the COG had pretended spirituality, lived in total denial of the truth and had lied to me through the teeth to make their religion and control tangible to me - I figured it's just human nature and the first Christian leaders probably were full of BS too. I never quite did grasp the resurrection, walking on water and why God would defy his own laws and principles - to prove what? That there are no absolutes? Doubt it!
