Tfi has been getting away with a lot since the beginning. Activated and family care foundation are registered charities obeying the laws. The fact that all the personnel are tfi shows that they are fronts for the cult. Those were set up legally with lawyers, so it seems to be a pretty effective loophole. The organizations operate legally while the tfi members which are only technically separate do all kinds of fraud.
