Pension funds for senior FGAs

So, Steven "Peter" Kelly has announced that they will be giving the oldest 1,000 FGAs 2,000 Euros each as a "pension" fund. They haven't said if this is a one time payment or a yearly one. Either way, and even though this represents 2 million Euros worth of money, that is a meagre amount (I make that much in one week these days through my legitimate job). Of course, on the flip side, I spent most of my youth (as an SGA) raising monies for this group and wasn't given a single cent when I left at 18-years old.
