don't recall the exact wording, but it did touch off an i'net debate... some feeling he was implying recovery is spotty w/o his style of (expensive) professional help. i agree that triggers can be helpful and the "process" can be long and difficult. still, i can see his point. depending on where someone is on that journey, and exactly the type of experience one had, in some cases steve's caution might be warranted. people can judge themselves, but it probably doesn't hurt to at least be aware it could be disturbing. overall, i do think the film was pretty well done.
