Thinker - these were my thoughts as well.

I asked a very specific question concerning the accountability for past crimes,(not "mistakes") starting from David Berg, Karen Zerby, and the ones they encouraged and trained in the systematic abuse of children, adolescents, and also adults.

Many of these individuals are still living and coping with past traumas, and they know they may not be able to get justice. For some of them, the smiling faces of perpetrators grouped in FB accounts may be a sad reminder of a world with no justice.

Let us not forget David Berg advocated "rape" and violence on dissidents and dissenters. All this information is now in the public domain.

However, I also understand, from a human perspective, how denial may be a necessary part of coping for many personally connected to members of TFI.
