A "second generation" member of The Family is simply defined as an individual who was born into The Family or spent any part of the period before their 18th birthday as a "member" of The Family as a result of a decision by a parent (or a person who had custody of them) to join The Family. The definition does not exclude infants.

Denise Borowik was born in The Family and spent part of her childhood being raised as a member of The Family. Indeed, she was listed and counted as a "member" on monthly written reports that the leaders of the "Home" she lived in periodically sent to their superiors. Thus, it is accurate and factually correct to state that she was a second generation member of The Family.
