I have seen a lot of this, also outside TFI.

During the life of these boards, I have seen many people who went through a whole intense process of healing and redirecting their own lives to only find in the end that the most valuable relationship they could have was with their own loved ones.

I see it also in the younger generation, just as we were in our youth. They also want independence and be individuals. They have dreams that don't include us, their parents.

It is a real blessing if at some point the two generation reunite or at least have some communication. We all make mistakes but life is about being together. The separations forced by Berg were so wrong that anything resembling even the vaguest form of communication is a step in the right direction.

I hope that those in TFI who lacked even a minimal amount of responsibility towards their family find the courage to seek the right connections and relations with those they walked away from.

Where is the "godly" leadership of Peter and Maria on this regard?
