I hope it's for real that they're going to have the opportunity and encouragement to pursue higher education. But if the Family's living form hand to mouth modus operandi carries on the way it's always been, in most countries higher education costs are considerable and for some children just the financial barriers will close educational doors. I recently had news from an SG member who just turned 18 who wants to go to university, she's saying that the home she's in can't afford anything like that, but she hopes that with the new opportunities to work she'll be able to pay her own way.
