Not leadership as you have know in the past. More of CEO than a prophet. The family is turning into more of a business than a missionary org. Managing all those people is a pain and a waste of resources. They are ready for the mainstream, that's where the real money is at. Tithing only keeps the ship from sinking. They are trying to trim the fat,as in get rid of anyone over the age of 50 who are becoming burdens to the group. Next they will focus on music, videos and publications. Then they will move out of the shadows and become a prayer materials resource company for more mainstream churches. They could sell a lot more of that stuff if the could shed all that baggage. As in write David Berg out of their history. They will keep there non-profit status....Most CEOs of large non-profit orgs have a good salary.
