Here, here!
The fact is that, from any point of view BESIDES an apologetic one (not to "apologize", but to "make a defense of/explanation for") TFI's existence is unjustified, pretentious and parasitic from beginning to end. It is NOT a "almost a mssionary movement", it was, is and always will be a demonized bastardization of two legitimate movements which began at least 5 years BEFORE it did.
It follows the profile of a cult. If I may be allowed to say so on Gen X, it always has folloed a description found in the Bible about false prophets, teachers, and so on. In fact, as it wrosened, there is nothing it di dNOT do along those lines. Consequently, it also follws "to the T" psychosociogical, and e ve n international and national criminal definitions along the same line.
I cry, "Fraud!" from beginning to end. They will NEVER be legitimate, in ANY consideration, and they will NEVER be moral in any true sense of the word.
I personally advise leaving, and only remaininng in contact with family members in order to help them do so, without any self-deceeptio, or deception of others as to the organization's true moral and religious character, as well as the nature of its so-ccalled "good works"; which are bait on a hook, intended to perpetuate the fraud.
'Nough said.
