As it can be seen in a post below Zerby went public by addressing the Cesnur conference where she proclaimed changes in Family policy and thinking.
It's not in the article but Peter also addressed the conference.
In his speech Peter got into some more specifics and for one he stated that the Family is going to do less regulating in regard to the education of the children. He stated the membership structure will be changing too, it will be much less delineated. So sending the children to secular schools and going on into higher education is apparently no longer discouraged even for full time FD members. How much of Peter and Zerby's speeches was just hype for the Cesnur conference or how much of it was about bona fida liberating changes and release from doctrinal restrictive anti-socialization policies remains to be seen.
I'm still looking online versions of the text of their speeches. Anybody?
