they are definately part of TFI they also have a sister home in blanco who are the ones that come up to party they probably gave me too much information when they first moved in. they told me they belong to the family international they also gave me the activated pamphlets told me about their "outreach" programs, how they get free meals, how they don't file us tax returns how they get money from the canadian gov for the kids on and on.... so I know for sure they are with the family they also have blogs I read that state they are proud members
we do have home owners association here and they break one of the restrictions by having too many people living there but they get around it by saying they are visiting. the kids talk alot also to my kids through the back fence. they seem "lost" the parents don't take care of them they have scheduled time and other people in the house have scheduled time to care for them. it is sad.
