First I would get their legal names, which should be easy enough.
Then I would find out what their cover story is:
Are they teachers? Do they claim to work for a charity front org? What is the name of that charity org they are hiding behind?
I would try to obtain their PR material, such as brochures, newsletters, pamphlets, etc.
I would then compare all that with the information on this site, ask around and verify that these people are in fact TFI members.
If they are, I would look into whether they have a legal right to be in your country if they are foreigners. TFI members usually lie, obtaining visas under false pretenses.
I would try to find out what they tell people in order to get these donations. As a rule, they defraud the public for their own gain.
If they are associating themselves with legit organizations (they usually befreind them and use them as door openers so they can pretend to do something of value alongside the legit orgs and take plenty of pictures) I would inform these organizations who they really are. I have it from several highly-placed sources that legit orgs do not want anything to do with TFI.
I would also notify their landlord of who they really are and leave it up to him/her whether to kick them out.
I would post their names here on this site so these people can be exposed for who they really are and what they really do, so they can't run to somewhere else and start all over again.
