in the post? I'm not even religious. It was just a comment that coincides with TF's current goal of preparing for Jesus not to come for a long time, along with their efforts to sanitize their appearance as an edgy but respectable social organization. Recent press releases referred to them as a "tiny church" who has apologized profusely for misdeeds of the past.
What is tragic to me is the whole history of TFI/COG/FOL/TF and that Karen Zerby continues to lead TFI with no personal acknowledgment of her child molesting past and is trying to normalize TFI in the eyes of the general public. Personally, I think doctrines like the one she hatched on LJR are very damaging to people growing up in TFI.
