Ye may be right! They have been having a lot of training seminars lately...they are probably trying to figure out how to "Make It Pay" because sales are not what they used to be, and people don't want to waste their money on the junk they are selling, much of it is decades old with rusty staples and fading jackets....like those old Christmas CDs from 10 years ago...they would be better off selling mugs and t-shirts that say "We Recant!"
