You explain a lot here. I am not offended but the bizarro comment but I am not that familiar with the sitcom either. I knew a Miriam in TF years ago but it was another life and protagonists, even if we remain in the same bodies.
I used to visit NDN in the days of the guy who started it and tried to pass as exmember when he really was a closet-cultist, as many of the posters. He eventually got swallowed back by the monster and his public life ended.
Those days shaped my opinion of the type of people that were being attracted to that board. And at about that same type this board appeared, with a stronger stance against Berg's doctrines but yet keeping things in perspective.
I am glad NDN is different now, as you explained, but as I get older, there are less and less things I consider worth arguing, and there used to be too many arguments there for me. If you decide to be a regular in this board I will have to change my handle. I signed off as iMir but maybe I should change it to Male Mir or something like that.
