oh, what you quoted is not really in relationship/relativity to the legal case Berg was involved in, about which I have the greatest perception/knowledge holes, I must say to my disgrace...once you mentioned it in your first reaction, I got some little glimpses/info bits here & there from my "HD"/memory, but again I confess, to have there really a "blind spot", a knowledge gap...not because it's not a very important theme rel. Berg, but may be my foremost occupation in mind in the past has been his "theological" failures, which I had fallen prey to & which effected me foremost or others, so in dealing with that, it helped me...now I see, that other (legal) aspects have their very strong merits as well..I'd be thankful, if someone with the needed info could point me to the facts (again) in question.I think you have a strong case there & my "ignorance"/forgetfulness might not be the only one in the Exer-scene.
Back to square one: I meant Berg or (any one) is "innocent" in regards to the accusation of having knowingly/deliberately lied to his followers until "fully" proven the contrary to be the case.That's why I said now, you probably have a very strong case there.Thanks!It was just that I am less & less aware of all the intricate details of his life...they slip my memory & I am not to sad about that ; ) ...thanks again for the input.
