I understand your question better now. If I am not imagining things, leadership or Berg advised 'nationals' to act as though they were the help, as in domestic workers or live-in staff serving foreigners. In selah homes or in sensitive countries, live-in members are carefully selected so that a cover story is viable and doesn't raise too many questions. 'Nationals' have to be able to pass for either the spouses of the foreigners or as live-in staff serving the foreigners.
