You can read here in that article below the most detailed explanation about if John McCain is eligible for presidency as being a natural-born USA citizen or not. I find the argumments in there really well shown and really interesting. In fact it's still confused if he is eligible or not and could go in court many serious lawyers saybut again previous changes in the law fast done could protect him. But it would be a good Perry Mason style case if Mason would have been chosen to establish the truth in there:
