looks like hurricane Gustav was less strong than thought but Monday evening 6PM EST we see some levees have a hard time to sustain the water going up. That is concerning a levee which wasn't built up back much since Katrina since the ground where it stands isn't Federal ground!!!
We also see that hurricane Gustav was only seen as a level 1 hurricane after landing in New Orleans. And we saw on CNN thet the water almost came overboard all levees even if it was a level one hurricane. Imagine if a level 3 or 4 one would have hit NO again! It would have been horrible back again and all that because money isn't put enough and not enough efforts done to improve the security there at all.
