Sad because since the 60's 'activists'- vietnam war -give peace a chance.. have been lured into cults and led up the garden path into a maze where they did no good for realizing change in our western societies.
I wonder if the world would be in such a serious mess if not for those forty odd years of people who wanted to change the world for the better-anti war, anti -corporatism, rape by industry etc..
For years in the cult we didn't have a voice. now we do. So i wonder why we don't talk more politics than we do now we are free to do so.
'We' have been out of the picture in world politics leaving the rest who are controlled by TV , commercialism, consumerism who don't care about war and greed.
Time to readdress the balance?
