Well, I heard of that CIA conspiracy theory...involving Berg...to his knowledge or not,
but I didn't follow up on it....so it couldn't be all sarcasm in general that topic...I am not sure how Passing By meant it......but I don't think you offended him!!??...I hope though, passing by is not serious about the contents, because all the blame is not with Berg/& the CIA... I am old enough & willing enough to take what blame there is to take
