Same thing all over the place, not only in TF. Sad to say the heroes become the perpetrators because of their own unchecked overwhelming power.
Another line story of the same type of abuse (and in similar areas) adult human traffic, women in particular, for the sex trade. Keep an eye out and don't be afraid of speaking up.
