It's a pathetic example of a journalist who does not research their subject matter before writing an article. Throwing "Not Without My Sister" in a review based on sensationalism and false memory syndrome shows that media today does NOT DO THEIR RESEARCH. There are some responsible journalists that remain. But I suppose it sells more articles to stick a needle in the eyes of those who have suffered, suggesting their story is contrived.
Yes, there are people that make up or fictionalize things, sensationalize things- but it's a low blow to suggest that about "Not Without My Sister" by adding it to her article.
Oxford should be embarrassed.
So should "The Observer".
