Yup. I was spanked as a child, and I hated it. It was humiliating, and I never thought I deserved it. These spankings weren't little swats on on the butt--they involved switches and belts and they left bruises. I don't have any problem admitting I was abused, and long ago I quit making excuses for myself or my parents.
