They pretend they are out when they are in. Or they leave in body (usually beacause they were forced out but never wanted to go) but are still there in spirit.
They are so easy to spot.
Their sentence structure is a dead giveaway.
They have a weak cover story and it gets obvious over time, if you pay attention to the details.
They make gender/sexist assumptions ("knickers in a twist").
They argue over rhetorical statements while glossing over the main point(s), because that's all they know to do -- argue tit for tat like a child.
They like to have it both ways. They often backpedal after making a forceful statement.
They deny or minimize abuse.
They fight the idea there are consequences for their actions.
They think The Family is harmless.
