Hi Thorwald! I to have many good stories,memories and lessons from my days inthe cult. I remember them, smile and enjoy them. Not all was bad. But there are very good reasons to deal mainly on the bad things that come of the group. Their teachings are evil, the practices are evil, the innocent eyes are evil, there is a lot of evil that generates in the family.
Living in a community is very attractive to some, including me, but not being taken advantage by those who direct the community. Like that, all of these good things have a very large evil side. I am sure that you can see that but if you are not, then more power to you.
I choose to be selective of what I say about the family because giving them an inch they will take a mile. I do not allow that for me nor for others to then justify their ways that support the evil doctrines of the family. I still enjoy many things that came in the family packet but the bad influence it had in me, that I transmitted to others I now want to minimize and maximize the truth about all the horrible things they do and teach.
