I sent info to this "watchdog" group a few years ago, and they really didn't do anything with it other than acknowledge it and say that they were investigating. Then after the Ricky Rodriguez murder/suicide I contacted them again with more information and they still didn't change anything on their report. It looks the same as it did the last time I checked it out, so I really don't know how effective these guys are.
