Thanks CB. I was a bit surprised by Chancellor's response, especially his feeble attempt to make me the issue. As you point out, he also fails to grasp some of the bigger issues, yet he quibbles over words and phrases. When I was drafting my rejoinder to him, I counter argued every one of his criticisms. However, I cut some of those arguments from the final version because they were just that, quibbles that distracted from the main issues.
