I hope when you say you can't take it anymore, it doesn't mean you are considering checking out of this life. If you were born there, then you have a great deal of your life ahead of you to LIVE. Sometimes it takes periods of avoiding things related to TF, like books, exer sites, news on cults whether TF or other.
The despair (if that is what you are meaning) is understandable, but with help it will pass and you will have things in life no person can take away. Your own integrity and perhaps a family of your own. Maybe you have one already.
Please get help. If you don't know where to start, contact a crisis hotline and find some immediate resources in your area.
I realize this may not at all be what you meant, but I am hoping you will talk to your peers, or any people you trust and hang in there, if it is what you meant.
Also, there are some good people in the world that were never associated to the family and whether they know anything about cults are not, they have the qualifications of caring and being willing to learn as you are ready to talk to someone who has not been in it.
